Celestial Body Mod Install?

This file produces 3 individual folders.... Celestial Body, Galaxy Forge, Icons Galaxy Forge.  Are these 3 to be installed in the Mod folder and all 3 enabled ingame, or does the galaxy forge and Icons galaxy forge folder to be placed in the Celestial body folder.. or are the contents of galaxy forge and icons forge folders to be put in the celestial body folder.  I have installed this and in enables but there seems to be no change except the protrait.  The scenarios don't show up on the selection of maps.  Must be doing something wrong.
