[Bug] Joining a game hosted by an international player localizes my UI.

I joined a custom game today and instead of seeing "Closed" on the slots I saw "Geschlossen" which I'm assuming is the German translation of "Closed". Empty still showed up as "(Empty)" though and the UI buttons were still labelled in English.

Also, the chat message when I joined read, "Micah71381 ist dem Spiel beigetreten."

that is really strange. Do you remember who you played with?

I've played with a bunch of non-English and never seen this.
