Help with Windows Blinds

I'm new to the whole customizing thing, so I apologise if I come off slightly stupid here. I recently download Windows Blinds, and tried to install it, though when it reaches 95%, at the file called "xpui.uis", I get an error message saying "You do not have access to make the required system configurated modifications. Please rerun this installation from an administrators account". The account I'm installing it on is the only account on the computer, and I'm pretty sure it's an administrator account. I've tried installing it again a few times, but I always get the message. I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks in advance.

Edit: Just thought I'd add that I'm running Windows XP Service Pack 2. Could this be the problem?

Please follow this link in Internet Explorer:

http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/stardock_access.bat

save the file and then run it. Once you have done this, try to install again.

Thanks for the reply, but after doing what you said, I still get the same error.

Edit: Just noticed that it has installed, but when I try to open it, it says there's a missing core dll file (wblind.dll), although this file is in the WindowsBlinds folder.

Try uninstalling WindowBlinds via Add/Remove from Windows Control Panel, it should then have you reboot your PC. After you come back up, open your System Registry (Star-> Run, type regedit) and look for any of the following Keys that may have been left over;

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\WindowBlinds
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\WindowBlinds
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\ObjectDesktop\WindowBlinds

Delete any that you find (right-click, choose delete).

Then re-install and see if that fixes it.

Most likely this is a part of one of the included WB skins.  Make sure you have full permissions for the following path:

C:\Documents and Setting\All Users\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds

as this is where it's trying to put the file.
