[Bug] Kicking a player who has left the lobby crashes the game.

Player left the lobby (said he was leaving and ping dropped to 0ms). I then kicked him and the game locked up with the "Are you sure?" dialog up and the "Kick Player" button depressed. Had to force shutdown to resolve.
