I just got sins, I registered it on impulse and tried to download the first update, which started downloading at an appalingly slow rate(it took about 4 minutes to download 2.1% of the update, about 4 MBs) And then just stopped altogether. Anyone know whats wrong with this?
Do you have any security software installed? If so, I would suggest adding an exception for Impulse.exe so that it may download without interruption. What kind of internet connection do you have?
Is the BITS option still there? I haven't looked for a while, but if it is you can try toggling it on/off (whatever it's on now) and see if that helps.
The BITS option is under the orb in the upper left, then 'Preferences', then 'Connection' and then 'Use legacy download system (BITS)'.
