Deskscapes does not recognize uxsms service

wtf? i downloaded and installed deskscapes from the impulse site, and i try and run it and it says "error: deskscape windows manager is not running, windows requires it to be running, ie, the uxsms serive. I checked it in TAsk manager,and IT IS RUNNING!! I just want it to work.. can anybody help?

today to the turn on of pc from ibernation same problem; DeskScapes message: dream need wdm and it don't run, but on task it run! The triggered dream is BlissfulDream, up to last night it worked fine without problems, suddenly dont work anymore >:(   now if I try to select on automatically select... and press ok, in the options of the dream it doesn't memorize it but the selection returns on always plays to specific...

I have Vista Home Premium, DeskScapes 2.5 and Impulse installated. But as I repeat, up to now I have not problem with this dream 8C

Be sure you don't have any application running in any mode older than Vista (Go to PROPERETIES of any .exe/programm) and go to 'compatibility' , then you check if nothing is checked...  I noticed it after i used alone to make my windows have a red/green glow... It automaticly shutt's down exsms to pervent bugs.
