Well, it's best if you wait until Monday. Stardock sales doesn't work over the weekend. The Forums aren't really designed to handle account problems and purchases or problems occurring during the process. After all, we don't speak for Stardock, and don't know what to do if something goes awry.

So....email [email protected] on Monday and I bet you get help pretty quickly. :sun:

Where are you accessing this from?  There isn't a CD version of OD Ultimate.  The CD option is only available with the standard version.
