Stardock on Windows XP

Most of the time when Windows loads I see the taskbar graphics look messed up.  Normally this isn't the case but with Stardock installed I'm running into this.  Any ideas?  Occassionally I see other issues.  Example open a window and I see a what looks like a box around the window itself. This causes some weird visual effects with that window as well.

When you say 'Stardock' do you mean WindowBlinds?  If so, open WindowBlinds up and copy and paste the system information here.

Need to know what app you're using.  Sounds like it's WindowBlinds, but could be MyColors too...

I've seen the same problem on another PC with an earlier version.  Updated to latest nVidia (1.82 -> 1.85 I think it was) but no real change.
