Hello,
I can't drag and drop any icon on my ObjectDock bars. (It's work perfect in past)
I using windows 7 x86
Don't know, but that could be the problem in itself.
Otherwise, right-click on the dock background. Mousever "This Dock" in the menu that appears. In the submenu that pops up, make sure "Lock Dragging" is not checked.
If you have your mouse set up for left-handed use,it will cause this also.
