serial number

I have bought the new add on from stardock and should be able to down load it but i have lost my serial number so with out it i can't get my add on from impulse to down load. Is there any think i can do to get a new serial number?.

I think i lost when son of 1.5 years old got hold of the box, any way i got a virus on my computer and had to reinstall windows so when it came to putting sins back on my computer i could not find the serial number. And i had already brought the add on from stardock, so was not happy.

impulse when logged in to your impluse account has the serial numbers.

you could try emailing [email protected]. they should be alble to help

If you click on the ? in the upper right of Impulse you canhave your serials sent to you.

You can also enter your serials manually if you need to.

all that does is give me serial numbers for the add on not the main game which is what i dont have

If you did not register sins before you lost the box, then unfortunately we won't have it on record to give back. But you can contact [email protected] to see about other options.

Nope dident see why i there was a need to but i could not find the new addon in the shops so i thought i know i will go on line and bye it so i did. And it was not till i had already brought it and tryed to load it that i found out, well you know the rest.
