is there a toll free number for Stardock?

Hi guys new to this forum but I was hoping you guys can help me with an issue I had over the weekend.  I tried buying Gal Civ II Ultimate Edition via Impulse over the weekend.  I made 2 attempts and both times I was redirected to a page that said the info I entered did not match my credit card records and that the transaction did not go through, however on monday there were 2 pre auth payments showing up on my credit card from Stardock for $51 each.  I tried emailing sales but so far no response.  The question I have is, is there a toll free number to reach Stardock at?  I live in Canada and I dont want to call the other number since it seems to be a long distance number and the thought of talking to some sales guy for 30 minutes long distance isn't very pallatable.  Any help you guys can give would really be appreciated.

The pre-auths will show up even if it doesn't go through.  However, it doesn't actually charge your card and your bank will drop them in a day or two.

Typically, that error is caused if you enter an address that is not associated with the card that you are trying to use.
