Has anyone else noticed this in Entrenchment?

I'm running Vista 64 bit with an 8800GT in 1680x1050.

When I hit any of the popup screens (research, black market), I get a bunch of white rectangles blocking out images and status readouts.

I can still click through them to start research, etc, but the diplomacy page is completely covered and I have no idea what I'm clicking on. On the research page I can at least hover around and get tooltips to show me where a researchable button is.
