Skype 4 crashes when ObjectDoc is running

When I open skype 4 through ObjectDoc task tray, which opens skype but I cannot access any part of skype screen items. eg clicking user, menu, any buttons, even minimise, close buttons. If I use standard windows task tray everything works fine.
