Sins Serial Number not working

I have been trying to register my sins game and i keep getting, "the email address or serial number you entered is invalid. Check to make sure that you have entered the correct information. (ref: 204)".

My email is correct and uh..would the product key be the serial number and im not sure when i got my game...but would it be a probelm if it was ordered online from ebay, amazon, or half.com... i am just not sure how i bought it though... ^^;

If you bought a used copy from ebay/etc, then that would be the problem; you can't register a serial if the original owner already did.

If it was not a used copy, then please contact [email protected] for assistance.
