What is the file you edit to change the layout of how many ships they send and if you wanted to add a cap ship to their attack force. I recall seeing this but a search is not coming up for it.

gameplay.constants contains the entries for the pirate raids. They don't have capital ships specific to pirates, though. So you'd either have to use existing ones (shields and all) or make some for them using existing meshes. 
Thanks Annatar, I knoew it was one of those files. and yea that what im planing on doin is just having them use one of the tech caps.
