Can't Install Impulse!

When I finished my last game in Entrenchment beta, I uninstalled Entrenchment beta along with Sins so that I could get the full version.

Sins works now that I have repaired it, but it is version 1.00 and I can't update it or get Entrenchment installed because Impulse has stopped working.

I did a System Restore, but it did nothing. I uninstalled Impulse and tried to re-install it.

Now though, I can't install it or repair it.

The error is

"error reading from file: C:\DOCUME~1\ALLUSE~1\APPLIC~1\-{76E4F~1\OFFLINE\939F327A\38EBD4A9\sd.Irc.resources.dll."

What can I do?

Hi, I've never been able to get Impulse to boot-up nor have I ever been able to utilize Ironclad. I've bought Entrenchment and have n't been able to figure out how to get it installed. I also cannot play online nor play by LAN line. I'm getting so frustrated with SINS that I'm about ready to un-install and quite forever. Support isn't going to email you. You'll need to email them. And from what you describe, it sounds like something's pretty messed up with your system.
