help regarding objectdock set up

how can i make my objectdock appear like that in the picture provided here? i mean the objectdock is curved at the center...how can i do that without hovering my mouse over it? or do i have to apply a certain background for it to appear like that and if so, what OD background should i look for? thanks for any replies.

I think you're asking about the dock at the top of the screenshot...if so, I believe you're looking at a "mouseover" magnification effect.

The graphics in the center are part of the wallpaper.
