Router blocking it?

do you have flash 10?

it has been reported  in many threads from several stardock sites that with flash 10 the avatar upload is broken and that the "FIX" is to uninstall flash 10 and install flash9

Thanks h9, flash 10 does indeed seem to be the PROBLEM.

Reverted to v9.0.28.
