Fences with Ultramon (Dual Monitors)

Greetings!

When I attempt to use Fences along with my other program called Ultramon, one of the features of Ultramon disappears. The ability to have seperate desktop wallpapers for each seperate monitor.

Does anyone know a way to fix it? Or is there a place I can submit a bug about this?

Basically if I have fences installed, fences forces my desktop wallpaper to be the same on both monitors. When I uninstall it, it works fine again.
