Left mouse button click does not functioning in Skype window after restore Skype window from system tray.

I have 2 docs: one for minimized windows and second for system tray icons. After Skype window minimizing into system tray its icon function as usually. But after restoring Skype window left mouse button click does not works in the Skype window, right mouse button click operates as usually.

If ObjectDock not started Skype window works normally.
