evil Draginol's

May 27, 2003 11:31 AM from

Just bought the game this weekend and kept getting my butt whooped (on novice mode!) by the Draginol's, and to a lesser extent the Beulah's (red lobsters). I thought so-called "minor races" didn't effect victory conditions! Help!

Did you patch?

The earlier versions of Galciv had a minor flaw that caused cataclysmic events to appear on the lower difficulty levels.

Thanks for the response Sigma 7. Just patched. How do I recognize any difference? I guess I'll have to play for a few more hours (who needs sleep?) and see if my butt gets whooped once again...
