Just bought Entrenchment - No CD-Key/Email ?

Hi All,

I bought Entrenchment a couple of hours ago, but I haven't received a CD-Key or any confirmation of my purchase via email, apart from the Paypal email stating my payment was sent to Stardock.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the payment to be processed by stardock and a CD-Key to arrive if you use Paypal?

Same problem here. I guess that's because they don't work on weekends, and don't send emails -.-

I got a serial but haven't got a clue how to download it, I think I may have even accidentally purchased it twice.

 

Stardock sucks, it's not cheaper than in the shops and their service is useless!

If you have a serial press the impulse button in the upper left corner and then press "register a product". Then "Add Registration". After that you should see entrechnment in "My Games" where you can download and install it.

I bought it by a debit card and I doawnloaded it but I don't have a serial or an e-mail too I mean what if my PC crashes ?

I have the same problem. Didn't receive a serial.

 First time i have problems with stardock.

When i bought it i already had several games on impulse and it automatically stored the cd-key and was able to down it right away with impulse.

There is no download link you use impulse.

Likewise I've just bought it with paypal - no email with the promised download details.  I've got other games in my account which I've never had a problem with.

i bought ~hour ago space ranger 2 complete, no reg.mail or anything else. During Payment it looked like a freeze, but after 5~10minutes the

"thank you for order" window was there.

Same here, tried with paypal. it froze during payment and I assumed it hadnt worked because the game wasnt showing. So I tried with credit card and it didnt freeze this time. No email and game not showing in impulse. That was a hour ago. Checked email and the paypal payment went through! I'm annoyed now because I have paid twice and received nothing.

I will dispute the paypal payment I think....

To be clear when you open impluse you dont see any of the items you have bought?

When you start impulse let it run for a few seconds till the bottom left pop open tab finishes validating products.

On top click on "My Games" Look for the game(s) there.

If not there click on the very top left corner stardock icon (Blue circle with an white planet with a ring and a Blue S in it)

In that pop open tab you can register games and preferences as well as a couple other things.

ya like matthew said it should be in implulse when you open it. if it isnt contact support and stop acting liek a bunch of five year olds. also entrenchment isnt cheaper in shops since its online only .

have any of you actualy bothered looking at your impulse downloadable stuff? its not that hard  and it does state that you require  impulse to download

Who's acting like 5 year olds? When you pay for something you expect to get it. It is reassuring to see that I'm not the only one with this problem. I checked Impulse and it went through all it's login and 'validating product' phases. Still nothing showing in 'My Games' I'm sure everyone else would have had the same experience. Registering the product though Impulse cannot be done because none of us have received an email with the serial number!

There must be some kind of problem with their servers and I'm sure I will not be the only one looking for a refund because they have accidentally paid more than once. Try to keep the comments useful please!

Well not sure what else to say guys i was able to download it right away and had no need to put in the cd-key as it was done automatically for me by impulse. Though i did not check my confirm email for some time later as it was working already.

Must be a glitch on thier side.

Yeah, I've got the exact same problem. Payed with Paypal, waited for Impulse to load up to install as usual. No Entrenchment link there. Linked up to my mail, no mail there except that, thank you they got your money from paypal...

So yeah. Thank you you got my money. For nothing...

now it worked, i got the mail with the key and in impulse under games i see now the bought product and can ownload it.

Ok, just recieved the e-mail.

All work fine now. It just can take a wile so, for the others : just wait a few hours.

Now after six hours I also got my reply and finally the game is also in the Impulse screen.

 

Though still not a really good time for an online purchase...
