if its not there then you probly did not update beyond V 1.1 or was it 1.2? anyhow, update your game and chances are it will be there.
from what I remember the version 1.0 do not support mods, 1.02,1.03,1.04,1.05,1.10,1.11,1.12,1.13,1.14, and 1.15/entrenchment 1.01 do support mods, so I would suggest either googling 'sins 1.05 update' or installing impulse and updateing you sins and while you are at it you might want to buy entrenchment.
