I recently purchased "object desktop ultimate" stardock instructions say to download Impulse, I did that. It says enter serial number. Cant find spot to enter it. All i see is purchase pin # and Coupon. And it wont accept my serial number. I asked support for help and they resent the same information again! Please advise. Thanks, Jeff
Click the Blue Orb in the upper left hand corner
Choose "Register a Product"
On the page that opens choose "Add Registration" at the bottom
enter the email address that you used to purchase the product
enter the serial number you rec'd at that email address
the OD Ultimate products will show up on the "Desktop" tab
before installing, disable Windows Defender and any other security software
Install products, reboot, re-enable security programs
ENJOY!
In the right upper corner of Impulse, see the blue question mark...click on it and go to "Register a product.
Enter the Serial Number in the email. If you haven't gotten an email with a serial number then what you got was a confirmation of order.
Wait for the email with the serial number!

You really shouldn't have to enter the Object Desktop serial number, as Impulse auto-registers it. I've answered your Support Ticket e-mail, as well.
