Question about Buying Mirco Expansion and what happend when iam blocked....

Well, i just wanted to buy the micro expansion but i forgot my password to login in impluse, so i tried it many times until :" Sorry, You have reached the maximum number of failed logon attempts and will not be able to proceed.

Please contact [email protected] for further assistance."

 

So i send them a email today could someone tell me how long does Stardock needs for their reaction?  

 

And another Question i want to buy that expansion but i dont have a credit card. Am i able that a friend of me can buy me that expansion and can give me the Serial Key, or isn it possible by impluse?

Gotta wait for support.

You can have your friend buy the game.  Make sure you have the confirmation email sent to you.
