Ok, all I want to do is simply change the stats on my capital ships. Fewer ship slots consumed, more armor and sheilds. I make the changes and convert the txt file to a bin file using convertdata_entrenchment.exe however when i enable the mod I get a mini dump. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
make sure your using the lastest entrenchment ship files from the entrenchment game directory because there is significant diffrences from other versions. also, you should keep them in text format since the game can read both text and binary
It seems I may have been using old entrenchment files from one of the betas or something. I download the new forge tools and those files work when I make my changes.
