6 days no reminder with reg.codes from [email protected]
I've sent twice the request for my reg.codes (reminder) twice to [email protected] and [email protected] via e-mail 6 days ago.
Still no answer, is it ok?
Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

We have answered, our repies may be getting sent to your Spam/Junk e-mail folder.
I have no replies anywhere.
But I have just received the first reply from [email protected] to my letter with smartexception crash log (other more then 3 letters I have sent in 2008 were also without any reply).
Could anybody in stardock pay a minute of attention and dig into the matter?
I have just sent you an e-mail from my outlook acct, I pasted the replies that we have been sending you since august.
