Odd panning problem after update

I just updated to the newest patch er whatever, started up the game, configured the settings the way I like them again (resolutions and such), and just when I think I'm about to kill some time I find that I am unable to pan either left or down.  Now if I were a more patient man, I could navigate by other means, but I just really like the ability to move my field of view by moving the mouse to the edge of the screen, ya know?  Any fixes/ideas?  So far I've played with my settings about as much as I can stand.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

That's got me beat, since you're the first to post about it that I could see and it worked fine for me.. are you playing in windowed? The only thing that I can think of is if you are then there's a thin strip right around the window border that registers for campera panning.

I used to encounter this problem, but only on custom maps. Are you running a new map, or the regulars?

Not windowed. I tried lower resolutions thinking something similar.

nope, trying to play Random Huge Multi.

 

 

On a side note, it will let me pan diagonally down+right only...

I'd recommend you toss an email to [email protected], they'll probably have a much better idea. I'm in my "wtf?" mode on this one :(

Yeah, my thoughts are about the same.  I'm going to re-install and update again first, it's probably just a freak occurance.  I if the problem persists I'll drop them a line.  Thanks to all for the support. Chow.
