Multiple instances of a program

Hello,

although the indicator in my dock shows that an instance of my internet explorer is already running, the dock starts another instance of the program. Same with my check e-mail entry. How can I configure Objectdock to use the already running instance of a program an don't start another one.

OD config, General, Miscellaneous Options, check When shortcut is run, if program is already running bring it to the foreground only.
