[Bug?] QoT Bramble Shield Level 1 cannot be cast on allies

QoT's level 1 bramble shield has a range of 2 yards, effectively making it self-cast only, as she won't move that close when you target an ally with it, and if you try to force her that close, your own model makes it almost impossible to click on the ally.
