Can't Install Impulse, get Error

I'm attempting to install Impulse and I get an error every time.

I've tried both the regular install and the 'Full' one.

The error is:

Error reading from file: J:\mia58.tmp\mia1\OFFLINE\939F327A\38EBD4A9=Sd.Irc.resources.dll. Verify that the file exists and that you can access itl.

Behind the error in the installer window is:

Status:

File: Sd.Irc.resources.dll, Directory: H:\Stardock\Impulse\bg\, Size: 9072

J: is my temporary folder, if I change to the default windows, the same problem happens.

Help!

This could be a permissions issue. Can you please follow this link in Internet Explorer:

http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/stardock_access.bat

save the file, right click it and select "Run as Administrator" if you're on Vista/Windows 7, just run it if you're on XP.  This may solve your issue.

I have the same error and the .bat file does not work.

The file has to be saved as an *.bat file I presume?

When executing in the "command" window, i get a new error

"There is no connection between accountname and safety-id's"

I use Win7 - 64bit

Thanks
