Reverting to XP?

Well, i'm fairly new to Windows Blinds, and it looks like quite the program, especially for what I have planned. I've tries restarting, disabling AVG for this issue, but no luck. The issue is, I will download a Skin and put it in the correct folder, and try to apply it and all Windows Blinds does is revert to XP, rather than the skin. Anyone know how to fix this? (Yes i've tried the skins it comes with, same issue)

You've got a fairly out of date version.  Update it and try again.

The dates are all over the place, where did you get this version from.

Did you purchase WB?

Reinstall the most current Impulse client from here: Impulse Client - Full and then use it to install WB

Each purchase of WB is good for one major release (unless you subscribe to ObjectDesktop). So yes, you need to purchase it to use it.
