R. Allen Stanford is a financier on the run.  He ripped off his clients money!  Another one!  How many are out there I wonder?  It is amazing how he and Bernard Madoff got away with their scams for so long!  While Madoff is still living his life, seemingly free from worry and jail, Stanford is now on the run from the law!

Many people invested their life savings with these two men, all for nothing!  I can't imagine how they feel.  Is it a good thing that the economy is in a downturn so that all these cheaters come to light?  Because if this wasn't so, all those investors would still be living in an illusion!

For them it is a hard pill to swallow.

They have a right to know. Didn't they vote for change from politics as usual? Oh that's right, Schumer said Americans don't care, Guess that applies to many thinks, he knows best cause he's a Dem right? IMO it's all intertwined, the crooks and the crooks they put in office that assisted some folks into their present condition. But if you like we can pretend there is no cause only effect.

one fewer than there might be if i had only been able to convince myself the public at large just may be equally greedy and stupid. 

once again, my naive overestimation of the american people has cost me dearly.  not only did i miss out on a huge years-long payday but now nobody's givin me any free sammiches or a rent free secure housing unit.
