Can't Drag Icons

Help Anyone?

I just bought and installed DeskScapes, and everything is working well. However I just noticed that I can't drag any icons or files that I have on my desktop. Obviously this is quite annoying as I can't move files off my desktop into other folders by dragging them, or I can't reposition icons. Whenever I try to drag an icon, an icon like this takes the form of my mouse, and the icon doesn't move.

If anyone knows how to fix this it would be very helpful :)

I have the same problem!

 

I cannot drag any icons from my desktop to any window to move or copy files.  It's definitely Deskscapes that is causing the problem.  When I uninstall or even just pause deskscapes, the problem goes away.  I get the same red slash in circle icon that the original poster reported.

 

Any ideas?  Yes, I've tried rebooting many times :)

if they were hidden....how would you see then to even attemp to drag them...

Desktop icons are not hidden.  It's clearly a bug with dreamscapes-- I installed dreamscpes on a second computer, and it has the same problem.  Whenever the dream is animated, desktop icons cannot be copied or moved to open folders.

 

Can anyone running XP SP3 verify that this bug does NOT happen with them?
