Help updating to 1.13

Okay, I just have the standard version of Sins, and it's updated to 1.05. I'm trying tog et alone but keep encountering an error that disconnects me, well I've looked around and it sounds like i need to update to 1.13.

 

No matter what I do, impulse always brings me to 1.05, not the current 1.13. And i can't see to find the download area for 1.13.

 

This is probably a really stupid question, but it's beginning to bother me.

Do you have Sins registered in Impulse? (go to blue orb > add registration and see if it shows up in the list).

Nevermind I found it. After clicking on impulse under the Sins file folder, it brought me to the 1.05 page, but i noticed something underneath it and to the right. I had to update Impulse, and then it brought me to the proper place.
