Crazy Machines 2 won't register

Anyone else had this problem?

Hi there guys.

I paid for Crazy Machines 2 using impulse, however, I can't get the game to appear on my account. I tried the register serial process, however, Crazy Machines 2 does not appear as a option to register.

Can anyone else see if Crazy Machines 2 appears on their system for registration, or does anyone else know if they got this problem?

Close down Impulse and then download and run the following file.

http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg

Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.  Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it.  Then relaunch Impulse.  You will need to re-login with your username/e-mail (either will work) and password.

Once logged in, Impulse should automatically have the registration for Crazy Machines 2 listed.

Im glad to see that there is someone more than me having this exact problem.

The game wont show up on my desktop but happily appears on my laptop.

 

Stardock support is a great help and is doing everything they can to help me, so im sure this will be fixed in no time.

If the registration fix above does not take care of things for you, please uninstall Impulse, reboot your PC and install Impulse with the full installer found here: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe

As i said, their great suport people has found the error;


"Looks like I was finally able to track this down. It appears there was a sync issue with the data on some of our servers. An update to Impulse today has fixed it, so simply resetting data again should make the game show."

 

And there we have it! so if there are anyone left with this error; there you have the solution! Great work from the suport team!

This one was a kicker to figure out.  Using the reset data option in Impulse should fix it (Stardock Orb> Preferences> Reset data Button)
