letters moving! problems! WTF!

Flipping annoying!!!!

 Every time i start the game up the text decides to move around. This dosn't crash the game but ive tried everything i can think of I'm at the end of my rope, Please some help would be appreciated.

I tried to inclue a pic but couldnt it seems that the letters turn into lines.

Also the background in the menus seem to be missing segments of the planets and sky.

I have already tried a full reinstall, i have also tried updating all of my drivers and adjusting the settings please help me, i love this game but cant play because of the frustrating problem.

If you installed from a disc, try getting Impulse and downloading the game from there.

Just to be sure on the drivers, since this is *really* weird, please post a dxdiag report. You can do so by:

Click Start->Run-> type in dxdiag and click OK.

Once it finishes, click the Save All button, give it a name, then open that file up in Notepad, copy+paste everything to pastebin.com or similar, and post the link here (please do not paste the report directly here as very long texts like that can make the page difficult to read).

Thanks for the tips i have since found that the problem occurs with all the games on my PC not just sins.

Something seems to be wrong with the graphics card.

I am running a Nvidia Geforce 7600 GS with latest drivers

Also my PC was recently formatted so that might have been a problem,. and the sound didn't work eithier.

I was in-line for an upgrade anyway. As for the movie and dxdiag report i'm on it and it should be up by tomorrow.
