1.13 Patch Download Error

Hi guys.

I'm trying to patch Sins to 1.13.

Small backstory: I had Sins patched up to 1.12, and I preordered Entrenchment.  Impulse kept giving me download errors when trying to get the 1.13 patch, so I figured I'd try to download the Entrenchment beta to see if it was the network I was on.  I downloaded the beta and installed it fine.

So when I got home earlier tonight, I tried updating Sins again, but again with a download error.  This time, I thought that perhaps it was due to the fact that I had Entrenchment loaded over 1.12 Sins, when the email I received confirming my preorder said to patch to 1.13 before installing Entrenchment (it was a silly thing for me to install it, I know).  So I tried uninstalling Entrenchment and wound up with no Sins at all.

Now, I've reinstalled Sins (but not Entrenchment) and I'm trying to patch to 1.13, this time from 1.00.  I am still getting download errors.  From the log file, it looks like Impulse is having a problem locating the patch on the server(s).  Here's one of the entries:

Does anyone have a solution to this problem, or can at least shed some light on what's happening?  Thanks.
