Loyalty loss

Hi all,

im pretty new at sins, but already love it :). So i encountered a littel problem, while playing against the AI. I have an ice planet right next to my Homeworld and to a planet of the enemy. At first it had the regular 90 or 95% loyalty. Now it's down to 48%. So what could be the Problem ?? Btw. I play TEC, the AI is Advent and i have completly researcht the economy and attack branch. I also build one of those broadcast stations on my Homeworld next to the problem planet. But it has still -0,02 loyalty loss /s.

Patch is 1.12 with one mod installed, which pushes the CAB ships. So if anyone could help ab noob I would be glad.

P.s. sorry if my english is a bit shabby ... you know, german and all  .

Loyalty gain and loss is caused by culture, which is produced by broadcast centers (or other racial equivalents). When your planet is under the effects of enemy culture, it slowly loses loyalty and when it reaches 0 the planet rebels and turns neutral.

When the planet is under your culture you get a 10% bonus to maximum allegiance (which means +10% credit/ore/crystal income). And if an enemy planet is under your culture, it will slowly lose allegiance until it flips neutral.

So, basically, make sure you've got your own broadcast centers to beat back enemy culture from your planets. :) Culture output stacks linearly, so your one broadcast center is not enough to beat back the amount of enemy culture, and that's why you still have a loyalty loss going.

Thanks for the fast answer :). Now I will overpower them with my cultural influence ^^.

Capital ships also repel culture, higher leveled ones will repel more strongly.
