WindowBlinds Removal

I uninstalled WindowBlinds, but some changed it made were not removed.  I am getting a frequent error "dll user32.dll was relocated in memory" and the windows icons (WiFi, sound, Shutdown Menu, IE Icons, ect) are all stuck with the horable theam I was using, but I can't seem to get them to rever back to the windows default, and I don't want to restore, any help is apreciated.

Before uninstalling WiondowBlinds did you reset back to default?

That looks like a very old copy of WindowBlinds you were using.

From the description it does not sound like WindowBlinds is causing this problem.

WindowBlinds does not change those icons, so it sounds like you may have installed some sort of patching app which has altered your user32.dll in order to modify those icons.  In which case you will need to uninstall whatever you used (it may have a revert option).
