Wii skin?

I'm looking for new ideas for my next skin and i've think a wii skin, the colors are very nice: azure,grey and white but i have a question...can i use the logo wii  or i need the permission from nintendo? and for you is a nice idea a wii skin?

Good skin but it's only for xp, on my laptop the start panel don't works

Dont like that skin on deviart - you should go for it if you can do better - i thought of doing a similar colourscheme - more along the lins of the pandora website though than the wii.

Everything was too... WHITE - was giving me sore eyes!

I like the black a little, but its a little too black on toolbars.  Also the start menu is compact with no choice for normal, which irritates me. 

I do believe though to use the Wii logo you need permission.  Its a great idea, also be neat to have a set of icons to go with it.

I wouldn't think you'd need permission for fan art, which is what that would be.  Folks use Marvel comics property without permission from Marvel.  I'd put the disclaimer in there about the name wii, it's logo etc are property of Nintendo...I could be wrong though.
