Troubles with Iconpackager and now my icons are screwed- PLEASE HELP THIS IS NOT MY COMP!

Hello, Heres my story:

I recently had IconPackager's trial, and it was very nice, until this horrible incident went wrong. So okay i chose to set back to xp's orginal icon's and it did so. I then uninstalled, but now I am trying to use a software that I have used before this, and it DOES WORK,(microangelo toolset) to edit the shell32.dll file. Now I have edited the file, and now... the files i edited aren't appearing. This is because of icon packager, because per say :when im like Browising for an image to upload, and it shows the small screen. The folder's appear as the edited folder I applied to the shell32.dll, but when it like normal, like on the desktop, it is still that old xp folder. Help please?

Oh yeah, I also tried downloading the trial again to fix it, but the link on download.com is BROKEN.

I'm sure someone will be along with some advice, I have to wonder though, If it isn't your PC why are you modifying the Shell32.dll? Just asking for problems imo.

This is not instant messaging.  Stardock support are closed at this time and I'm not that sure that IconPackager has anything to do with your issue.

I have just tried the link from Download.com and it is working fine using FireFox3.

it'sa  friends, he wanted it styled into a vista, and I think I know what I have to do now. I have to find a working download link for iconpackager, cand then install it again and then choose the repair all icons option, help me please?

I've now tried downloading it in Internet Explorer 8, and it is downloading... Firefox is on crack i guess lol.

It's a friends computer, he wanted it skinned into a vista. I know what I'm doing when it comes to shell32.dll, but I just recently installed IconPacakger and barely know anything about it. Since it was a trial, I uninstalled it, saying he wanted to keep this after 30 days of time. Get it? :D.

It was IconPackager's fault, if this happens to you, download it again, install and open and then do what the picture shows.

 

Show how to fix.
