Hi, I wanted to pre-buy this expansion but it keeps saying Stardock can't process the order when I enter my Credit card info. Anyone else having this error? I've entered in all the information properly numerous times.

Yeah I contacted them but they haven't gotten back yet. The thing is maybe I used a Canadian credit card but I'm on a Mainland Chinese server connecting to the billing site. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. I download updates and stuff from here using Impulse so I don't see what the problem is. Has the full game been released yet? Today right? Or have they extended the date?
The tentative date is February 11th, but it's not yet set in stone I don't think.
