Account Name Not Found

When attempting to login for online games I received an "Account Name Not Found" message.  I have received an email from Stardock detailing all my login information.  I have entered said information "exactly" as listed, but cannot log into Ironclad Online.

Please, what can I do to correct this problem.  Thank you.

Your Stardock info is not what you need for ICO. You will need to create a new account on ICO just for ICO.
