[Bug] Regulus sniping and shooting The Rook

I didnt find this thing on forum yet

When Regulus snipe The Rook or even regular shoot, u can see the arrow circling around The Rook before hitting it and if Rook move away, it can miss.

yah this is repeatable and seems to occur about a 3rd of the time.  Pretty annoying, especially if Rook has time to waltz away and heal before the snipe hits...

Don't forget that the arrow gets full "traveling" power before it lands when it does that... ie it hurts.

I wish it was fixed though, it's annoying to have an arrow following me around all the time, makes a guy nervous you know? :S

Thats the limitation of a forum for bug reports.  It doesn't organize things very well without doing random searches and hoping that the titles of the posts make sense :)
