Rebuilt System, Reload GC2 Stuck in non-full screen mode

I can open the program, but it does not come up in full screen mode and now the mouse will not open any of the options (new game, options, etc.)  Before I had to reinstall winxp this game (and upgrades) all worked fine.  How do I get this changed back to full screen mode.

 

Also...  This program was registered under a different email and impulse does not recognize is under my current login where the downlaods were registered.

Deleting the prefs.ini file from My Documents\My Games\GalCiv2 (or other folder in same location for DA/TA) will reset the game to the default 1024x768 full screen setting. You can also open the prefs.ini file in notepad and change the settings manually as needed.

If you're now using a different account than you originally used, contact [email protected] and request a merge of the two.

Checked your account, seems all 3 parts of GalCiv II are listed on the same account, along with a copy of Sins. If your having issue with e-mail, try this;

Make sure that Impulse has the correct log in info;

Click on the blue Stardock logo, and from the flyout menu choose 'Change Log-in...'. Make sure that Account Name shows 'E-MAIL HERE', and re-enter your Password, 'PASSWORD'.
