Did you buy it used? If so, somebody else has probably already registered that serial number. Make sure the store didn't repackage a used one as new either.

Nethom, i had this problem.

I looked at registrations and i had:

1. Sins of a solar empire - Registerd

2. Sins - Entrenchment

3. Sins- Entrenchment.

So, i deleted the 2 entrenchments, and added a new registration, (MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE EMAIL YOU USED WHEN PAYING FOR IT, IE, PAYPAL) and it worked. I was putting in the email i thought i registerd it with.

I tried uninstalling / reinstalling , uninstalling impulse, uninstalling impulse and uninstalling Sins, then reinstalling impulse and Dl'ing sins with impulse , same message
