Okay, so a few weeks back, I pre-ordered Entrenchment, and downloaded the beta. A few things were weird about it though. Contrary to what I had read, and to how my friend's download was set up, it had it as a separate game, and not combined with Sins, under "My Games." Then, I wanted to use Impulse to install it on my laptop, because I was going to my friend's house, and planned on a LAN game. Well, it wasn't under "My games", so I checked my registered games, and it wasn't there. I checked it under registrations on my desktop, and it was there (twice, but also twice for my friend), but listed as "INVALID." I figured I would wait and just buy it again, and not mess with support. Well, I got around to reformatting to try Windows 7 beta, and was going to re-download Entrenchment, but after getting Impulse, I remembered the problem, and I decided I would head here before re-purchasing the game. I've had all of my serials emailed to me, from the Impulse Support page, and it wasn't on there.

Any ideas why this has happened and what I can do about it? As I would really rather not re-purchase it, but I will if it comes to it. If anyone needs anymore info, I'll be happy to help as much as I can.
