With the majority of the windowblind menu's, when you have to view the programs, many of the hardly fit in that tiny space...is this because it can't be adjusted to be able to be self adjustable like you can do inside most windows? The right side seems to have too much room...

Sounds like you are using an XP windowblind on a Vista machine...find the Vista ready windowblinds and things will fit better.
