Windowblinds 6.3E No window borders in certain applications

I recently got a new HD and so I had to resinstall Vista (x64). Windowblinds 6.3 Enhanced was working fine on the previous hd with the exact same setup and OS. Now in some applications none of the window frame/border is displayed, so I can't minimize maximize or close these windows. Here is a screen of what is happening, it happens with the windowblinds app and firefox:

This only happens when I have a skin applied, If I select Windows Aero or Windows Classic through Windowblinds everything works.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Did you install WB via a standalone installer rather than via Impulse?

I installed via Impulse and it works, thanks a lot

The issue with the standalone was apparently resolved over the weekend so redownloading the install would have worked as well.
